BACKGROUND GABRIEL MOIRANO S.A. is an Engineering and Construction firm founded in 1995, when Engineer MOIRANO together with technical and administrative personel chose to leave the firm OMEGA CONSTRUCCIONES S.R.L.
Mr. Moirano had been a founding partner of OMEGA CONSTRUCCIONES in 1979.
We have applied the consulting and construction experience gathered during all those years to offer the best quality and service, wich are our basic premises.
